Body in Motion

Dance photography is about precision, balance and trust. Every movement has its beginning and its end, every gesture carries meaning. In this series, I worked with silence, light and the human body as the only visual language.
Black and white removes everything unnecessary. What remains is line, tension and the moment between movement and stillness. This is not about dance technique, but about the feeling that stays with the viewer slightly longer than the movement itself.

Tanečné fotenie je o presnosti, rovnováhe a dôvere. Každý pohyb má svoj začiatok aj koniec, každé gesto svoj význam. V tomto súbore som pracoval s tichom, svetlom a telom ako jediným výrazovým prostriedkom.
Čiernobiela forma odstraňuje všetko nepodstatné. Zostáva línia, napätie svalov a moment medzi pohybom a zastavením. Nejde o techniku tanca, ale o pocit, ktorý v divákovi zostane o sekundu dlhšie, než samotný pohyb.
